LEARNING ZONE
The Learning Zone is a curated repository offering free, on-demand training courses designed to build technical capacity, standardize oversight, and support continuous professional development for Research Ethics Committees (RECs), Institutional Review Boards (IRBs), and clinical trial regulators. Developed in partnership with the Multi-Regional Clinical Trials (MRCT) Center and the WHO Academy, these self-paced modules cover foundational bioethics, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and interventional study review.
The MRCT Center leads the technical workstreams of TRACE, specifically capacity building, accreditation models, ethics reliance frameworks, and the development of sustainable financing mechanisms for NECs.
